We want to encourage more people to join the LGBT Advisory Group. We are holding a recruitment round.

We seek to be as representative of our diverse community as we can. We are looking for LGBT people to join us from a range of backgrounds and ages. We hope that those who wish to help make important changes on policing issues in London will consider joining the group.
We have had a positive impact on policing over the past few years but there is still much more to do.
